Slow A/S (VAT 40308245) operates a webshop where you'll find high-quality coffee delivered across Europe. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT for EU customers, following local regulations. If you're ordering from outside the EU, VAT might not apply, but please note that customs duties or local taxes may be added on delivery. Due to specific VAT regulations, we're currently unable to sell our coffee to private customers in the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. We're really sorry about that. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at care@slowforest.com.
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email shortly after. Once your order has been shipped, you'll get a separate email with tracking details. Please note that once your order is confirmed, the purchase is binding and cannot be cancelled or returned.
We recommend keeping the confirmation for your records.
Payments are securely processed via credit cards, MobilePay, and other available methods. The amount will be withdrawn once your order has been processed and shipped.
We deliver across Europe and to the nearest parcel shop.
Shipping is charged at a standard rate, with free shipping on orders of more than €115.
Shipping rates and any applicable free shipping thresholds will be clearly stated during checkout.
If a package is not collected from the parcel shop, a reshipment fee may apply.
